The MOWW Best Mid-sized Chapter 2010-2019 fostering fraternal relations amount retired, active duty and former officers of the federally-uniformed services, their reserve components and their ancestors; serving youth, community and nation to fulfil our motto ''It is nobler to serve than to be served''; and reaching out through patriotic education, Scouting and ROTC recognition, law and order promotion, national and homeland security presentation, and veteran affairs participation.
