Chris Brown

Hello, my name is Chris Brown and although I am originally from Buffalo, New York, my family moved to the Tampa Bay area when I was young. I had a blast in my high school years at Lakewood Senior High in St. Petersburg, and decided the Tampa Bay area was where I wanted to not just settle down in and call home, but make an impact on others lives.

While attending Hillsdale College in Michigan, my accomplishments in the areas of Business, Marketing, and Math were equally matched with my exceptional athletic ability in both football and track. 
My road to real estate began in 2004 when I started working as a Licensed Mortgage Broker and Property Manager which lead to work in Wholesaling, Bank Owned/ REO Properties, Short Sales, Foreclosures, Residential Rehabs, New Construction, and Real Estate Investing which gives me the confidence, knowledge, and skill sets to provide superior guidance in any Real Estate Transaction.
